To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

What You Should Do for Returns and Refunds

  • You can start the return process within 14 days after the product is received. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for deliveries exceeding 14 days and for customized products.
  • First of all, send your reason for return to info@lavinmobilya.com with the product photo. (If you want to return a damaged product, do not forget to specify it in your e-mail. We have free solutions for damaged products.)

  •  Note:Since we have warehouses in different locations, you will be notified by e-mail which warehouse you need to ship to.
  •  Please be sure to send the product in its original packaging and undamaged within 10 days after you are notified of the warehouse address via email, otherwise we may not be able to accept returns. Do not forget to get the cargo tracking code in your shipments and send it to info@lavinmobilya.com.
  •  After the product/products reach us, it is checked for originality or any damage within the scope of sale within 72 hours. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you by e-mail. 
  •  Your return payment for approved products (excluding all shipping and shipping charges) will be refunded to your account within 20 business day.
